OPTIONAL PAID FEATURE
Connect your own Gmail account
The optional Gmail connection lets customers on an active paid CRM plan send campaigns from their own Gmail address after granting permission on Google’s consent screen. Connect Gmail from Settings when it is available for your organization. You can use the CRM without connecting Gmail.
What Google access is used for
CRM PRO requests your Google email address and permission to send email. It does not request permission to read your inbox, search messages, or delete Gmail messages. We store your connected email address and an encrypted authorization credential to send the campaigns you request. Your chosen recipients, subject, message, and attachments or links are sent to Google for delivery.
You can disconnect Gmail in CRM Settings to remove the saved credential and pause sending, or revoke access through your Google account. Google account information is not sold or used for advertising, and Gmail data is not used to train AI models.
